At a time when artists continue to search for more and more outlets for public creative expression, and city powers-that-be adopt doctrines of Zero Tolerance, a South San Francisco homeowner, Opal, invites Bay Area artists to use the exterior walls of her home as a living breathing canvas high above the city floor.
