Sama-sama / You're Welcome is an ambitious international collaboration and exchange project between community arts organizations and artists from San Francisco and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Two years in the making, it is the first major exhibition in San Francisco to feature contemporary alternative work from Indonesia. September 10 - October 25, Wed-Sat Noon-5pm. Intersection for the Arts is located at 446 Valencia (betwn 15/16 streets) in the Mission District, SF.

Southern Exposure's new public mural on the Alabama Street fence "Sama-Sama/You're Welcome" is completed! This mural was created by artists from Indonesia as part of a collaborative project between San Francisco and Indonesian artists organized by Intersection for the Arts and Clarion Alley Mural Project.
